“Beautiful properties but poor customer service. Delayed replies, last minute answers and informations make the whole experience stressing, while the purpose of the agency is to facilitate it normally. They might be very good, but just with who they want, which is a shame. Of course ours is a single experience, but we felt to describe it to show the other (possible) face of the medal. Personally, I have been blamed as too demanding just because I have been asking details that kept being not answered until it was too late, being left without choice, and all of this disorganisation created issues for me because "they can't work more and not earn money". She told us negative things about the owner of the place we wanted to rent (like "I told you he's very rude"), to make us more uncomfortable and question less. It took her 3 weeks to give us drops of informations, a standard contract put together in 2 days (not even if she had to write it from scratch). They agreed on giving us a discount on the agency fee at the beginning, which we really appreciated, but if that meant giving poor service, we wish we'd known that before and not at last. Luckily we have been able to solve the problems they caused us with our own resources (cancelled lease because it was too much work for them, we were ready to move with packed boxes, gave notice to previous landlord and followed all the necessary steps in time). To finish all, the icing on the cake has been the excuse of their doubts on my solvability, while I was the one responding per time, having prepared the fees that I owed them, and even accepted forced conditions at the end just to end up the deal. Very peculiar concept of "solvability". They will assist you just for the right profit, so if rent is not juicy and you know and want to apply your customer rights, you'll be dismissed in a very unpleasant way, my suggestion is always to double check everything since there is money involved, and they seem not to respect yours, even thou you'll be the one that has to pay. A waste of time and energy for us and for them at the end.”
