The service leading up to the trip was unprofessional, with very poor communication and a last-minute villa change just days before arrival, giving us little to no information on alternatives. The villa we were eventually placed in was far below expectations: • Dirty pool and overall poor cleanliness • Gym equipment not working • WiFi not functioning • Air conditioning constantly failing • Very poor lighting throughout The entire process was stressful, frustrating, and nowhere near the standard promised. With such poor service, lack of reliability, and misleading practices, I strongly recommend staying away from this company.”
