“A very nice space for children with a variety of workshops. The staff are friendly but lack vigilance during events. During a birthday party, the team neglected supervising the other children to focus on the party. This is something that needs improvement, as the safety of the little ones should be constant. Apart from that, everything is very good.”

“I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but a few important things were missing. There are no baby changing facilities, which is very inconvenient, especially given the high price of the park (even compared to European standards). Having to change a baby in the playroom is not ideal. The toilets also need improvement: they are open with no proper doors, had an unpleasant smell, and there were no hand tissues available. Another point is the sweets displayed at the entrance. It would be appreciated if this could be reconsidered, as many parents prefer to limit sweets and it can easily lead to tantrums. Lastly, I kindly ask the staff to avoid kissing babies. While they were very friendly, some parents are not comfortable with this. Aside from these issues, we had a nice overall experience”
