“Dont go to The worst garage in Marrakech !!! Here is what happend when i brought my car to this place to fix it, and ended up over paying for things i did not needed , and getting my parts “LOST” and having my wheels and tyres damaged. Along with allways delays to pick my car up several times and months of waiting to get any answers regarding my missing parts. First time i brought the car and told them what the problems were, they made a quotation for about €14k to fix all the issues properly with genuine parts. Well i had to pay upfront so i did, and when i came to pick up the car on that appointed date it was not ready and i had to wait 1 more week wich cost me money and time. And when i picked up the car it still had the same 2 problems i told them to fix 😑 couldnt bring it back directly and had to wait till monday. I left the car with them and few weeks passed before i got an answer where they needed another €4k to fix the problems this time for sure. So i did payed upfront again as they allways want to. And after few weeks again they called me saying they found a bigger problem in the engine and pistons etc needed to be changed 😡 and this would cost me again plus €12k. After i told them multiple times that this problems should have been fixed in the beginning instead of all the cleaning and changing hoses at first when i brought the car and payed for nothing. Me being tempered now i payed half upfront and told them to make sure they get it right this time. Few weeks pass and i could come pick up the car. They trick you to walk into the office and talk about what they have done for you , and when i ask if i could see the car and test it they say its not ready yet and still needs to be cleaned ( all tricks) then they persue you to pay the remaining amount without seeing your car first , i did eventually pay and left €1k open remaining till after i had checked the car. They took me too the car wich was washed and polished good and i started the car and went for a quick drive and it looked fixed. I left with the car and while driving few hours later and focusing on the engineproblems and hearing the crankshaft was loose and started making rumbling sounds, i start noticing that all my 4 beige floormatts were missing and my suncreen was missing and taken out. I checked my trunk and my spare original radio was missing and some sideskirts. And when i did look good around the car i saw my TYRES and RIMS were heavily damaged and PAINTED over😵. Because they went offroading with my offroad tyres and destroyed them. Me being pissed i confrontated them and they denied at first and it took me months to get all my parts back, except they did not want change my tyres because they still wanted to squeeze in that remaining €1k i told them to get if the car was completily fixed. WARNING dont go to this scammers they will trick you to overpay way to much and use your parts without your permission. Wich is insane to do.”
