“This place is beauty. The cakes are professionally handmade and are just exquisite. So much to choose from from sweet to savory rolls. Each one perfectly packed up to avoid any damage on transit. Runs on a ticket system well some times depends if you feel you should wait or not it appears but all gets served in good time and gives u more time to plan you options We will be returning again for this amazing bakery.”

“I went with my mother to get some pastries, but then they were really not nice the stuff we found only one customer and then they didn’t even talk to us when a woman came and she was like I’ll be back and she never came back then some foreign their customers came in and they treat to them first They gave them what they needed and they left us without nothing so highly not recommended. It’s very unfortunate to see such a big companies, not caring about quality of service very disappointed in it.”

“We visited Amoud Marrakech on Friday to place an order for a financialles cake for an upcoming occasion on Monday. Their official policy clearly states that orders must be placed 48 hours in advance, yet we were told in-store that it needed to be done 7 days ahead. This contradiction was very frustrating and left us unable to place the order as planned. To make matters worse, the service was extremely poor. The staff seemed uninterested and were not helpful at all. For a well-known name like Amoud, we expected a much higher level of professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the reputation the brand has. Very disappointed, especially considering how much we were looking forward to trying their products.”
