“If you need anything for medical supply in Marrakech - this should be your first stop. I came here for an elbow strap and wrist sleeve to treat an elbow injury. The treating physician at the International Hospital said this is where I should go to buy such things. The staff were helpful, friendly, and spoke better English than my bad French. Luckily a nice man in the store talked with my husband and I could have my things I can't live without. Note that this is a Medical store to help SICK people. “My wife injured her ankle whilst on tour to the atlas mountains. As she was unable to weight bear on her right leg. I researched and located locamed pharmacy Marakesh. I got a taxi to the pharmacy and I was greeted and shown all the wheelchairs they sold. As I needed one urgently, I purchased a wheelchair, at this point the staff in the pharmacy were very accommodating, wasted no time in selling the item. As soon as I took the wheelchair out with my wife sitting in it, screws started to become loose and the arm rest started to fall off. As the day progressed we noticed the nuts and bolts all around the wheels were not tightened properly. We rang the pharmacy the next day and they said they would exchange it. When we arrived there, they refused to exchange or refund the item, they kept us sat there for almost an hour. During that hour they replaced 2 faulty wheelchairs for local Morrocans. Very unhappy, dissatisfied and disappointed in the unfair treatment we've received. You have been warned, purchase at your own risk!”

“I went there looking for an electric massage chair and was surprised at the amount of material they have involving health of all kinds. If you need exercise equipment or braces or bandages or anything else relating to health this is the place to go to. The staff speaks French.”
