The price was quite good and they were able to ship to the U.S. It was actually waiting for us when we arrived home a week later.”

“Avoid this place at all costs. I sent my manager to look at carpets for me while I’m outside of Marrakech. They treated him very rudely and refused him entry. They want tourists only to go into the shop to give them exhorbitante prices. Many other much better carpets shops in Marrakech. Do not trust this place.”

“They have beautiful carpets and furniture. However, the quality is so poor. They shipped us our carpets. The dye has run all over. Custom-made sizes looks like an eight-year-old cut them further. They’re not completely bound. They are already fraying. Terrible, craftsmanship, terrible quality. Just a sample of the lousy workmanship. *** update their original response to me was that they will fix the problems. They were going to send me photos and then the rugs to replace. They absolutely ghosted me. I took the matter up with Citibank and it was resolved today. Apparently, Citibank saw the terrible workmanship, crappy quality and lack of response. Four months to be made whole A lot of $$$ wasted… well no more😀”

“Beautiful showroom but unfortunately the staff are extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. Did not have a good experience here at all which is a shame because I actually would’ve been interested in several pieces but the hostile reception has completely deterred me.”

“Really nice interior design stuff! However, if you are looking for honesty, reliability and fairness it’s definitely not the right place. I decided to ship a carpet instead of carrying it with me, and I received the carpet without the fringes on one side. I tried contacting the shop, but they never got back to me anymore. Also, each time different prices are given.. Multiple friends of mine bought carpets here, and each of us received different prices (insanely high prices, e.g., 3000 euros for a small carpet). Honestly, this place has become a tourist rip-off. Too bad.”
