“Simply the worst! The work is always late that you need to keep calling to make sure they even remember you! And when it's the day of picking it up, you will never fail to spot an issue or two that requires the work to be redone, which then takes forever. **Update: I will add my reply to your response here since there is no reply option. 1. I haven't received any "complimentary shirt". I still have the whole conversation and can share it if you have no issues. All I received was a replacement of the shirt you missed up and that was MY RIGHT. You wouldn't accept a faulty order yourselves, especially that they were for a client of mine and not even myself. 2. An apology followed by other issues is no apology!! You can ask your colleagues how long I waited in your office for stickers I ordered a week before, just for them to come out faulty again. Also, can you check how many times I called, just to come all the way to find that the order wasn't even ready? It was this sticker incident that was really infuriating as I had to postpone travelling and other issues just to wait for faulty stickers!”

“ABSOLUTELY RUDE!! I do not recommend them and will absolutely never use their services again. I should have read GOOGLE reviews and it seems everyone agrees that they lack customer service. I am very disappointed! I was excited to support a small business in my hometown run by youth. However, they have a long way to go in learning how to speak with professionalism and not argue or debate with their clients, or make statements like, "You think you know better than us‼️"….. I left absolutely sad 😔 that they had the audacity to speak to a client like that!!! Receiving feedback or requesting specific requirements as a client is just part of their job! But that was taken personal. Respect and integrity are essential for the longevity of any business. I’d rather lose a product than my business reputation and client trust.
