“An Exceptionally Professional and Comforting Experience! It was my very first time visiting a dentist, and I had a huge fear of having a bad experience. However, the moment I walked into this clinic, I felt an immediate sense of peace and calm. The cleanliness and the attention to small details really helped me relax. Beyond the comforting environment, what matters most is the staff; the reception and treatment from both the assistants and the doctor are absolutely wonderful. Their punctuality is incredible if your appointment is at 15:30, you are seen exactly on time with no waiting. I also highly appreciate their follow-up: they call a day before to remind you of the appointment, and they check in again on the day of the appointment itself. Having visited many doctors in different fields who didn’t care whether you showed up or not, this high level of care is a massive plus for this clinic. As for the medical work, I had a very difficult tooth extraction. The doctor took her time and handled it with great care until it was successfully removed and cleaned. She then took another X-ray to ensure everything was perfectly fine. In short, Dr. Bennouna’s clinic is simply the best. Even though it wasn't initially in my plans, I will definitely be returning to finish the rest of my dental work because the treatment here is beyond wonderful”
