“After being let down by Hotel Riad XO Hannah, which did not have a room available despite my advance booking, Hotel El Mousafir completely saved my trip. They accepted my booking at very short notice and treated me with incredible kindness from the moment I arrived. The hotel is extremely clean and maintained to a very high standard — honestly comparable to UK standards. The reception staff Muhammad, Abdul Haq, and Rashid were amazing. They were friendly, professional, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. Fatima, who manages breakfast, was very lovely and welcoming each morning. The housekeeping team were also fantastic and even helped wash my clothes free of charge, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel is located slightly outside the main city centre, but taxis take only about 20 minutes to reach the Medina, making it a great and quiet place to relax after a busy day exploring. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakesh. Great people, great service, and a great place to stay.”
