“Incredibly relaxing few days in the Atlas Mountains. ||Views are beautiful, the staff are helpful, the food is good, the rooms are nice and well appointed. ||We were incredibly impressed by how the hotel is immersed in its local culture. Nearly all the staff we spoke to were local, the hotel was filled with traditional Moroccan decor and hand crafted items. We enjoyed the outdoor cinema, and we loved the gifts at turndown service. We thoroughly enjoyed the mule trekking to a local village and would recommend anyone that says to do it and enjoy tea and nibbles with the locals!||One small bug bearer; I was really not a fan of walking to breakfast at 9am to see about 3/4 of the sunbeds and cabanas had been already reserved with no one sat there; which should not happen at this sort of and I would highly encourage the staff to prevent people from doing this. We did manage to pick up 2 of the last 4 available sunbeds by the pool, and noticed that 4 of the sunbeds (which had towels on since pre breakfast) were not occupied till after lunch … which is disappointing. ||Overall I would highly encourage a stay here and would like to return one day!”

“Our stay at Kasbah Tamadot was simply unforgettable. “Everything about the hotel is dreamy. Every location you sit or walk through is a view to die for. The food was fantastic throughout our stay and so was the service from all the wait and housekeeping staff. ||Although not in their purview, I found these two aspects disappointing for a 3 Michelin keyed hotel:||1. Morocco were playing Canada in the World Cup and they refused to show the game anywhere in the hotel. Only after we and other guests requested to watch the match in a cafe did they arrange vehicles to drop us and pick us. This need not have required multiple requests. The first request alone should’ve been sufficient. Had they done it when we initially asked, I would’ve been able to understand why they received 3 keys. ||2. Upon departure at all our other hotels throughout Morocco, none has 3 Michelin keys, we were given a goodie bag with water and a couple of snacks for our long drives (Essaouira, Taghazout, Marrakech). However, our longest journey was Kasbah Tamadot to Tangier and the hotel knew that but when we were leaving they didn’t give us anything. Again, this is not something they have to provide but I’m drawing a comparison here simply due to the standard expected of a 3 Michelin keyed hotel to go above and beyond.”

“I had very few expectations coming here and I was absolutely blown away. The views are unparalleled, the property is simply gorgeous everywhere you turn. The grounds, pool, cute little patios, etc. The entire property is so beautifully maintained. There is also so much to do from hiking to biking to tennis, table tennis, etc. I thought the dining was incredible throughout the property --so many options. We stayed in the resort- both of the rooms were charming and lovely. We did a great hike and tea with a local Berber family and the views were incredible. I went with my family including a 14 and 16 year old. Everyone loved it. The service is second to none. Highly recommend.”

“Delightful proper 5 star stay yet with a home away from home feeling. Stunning views and beautifully designed. Highlights were the Asayss large tented restaurant, the attention to details and the superfriendly staff. It's pricey but a lot of extras are included like minibar, excursions etc. Only tip for hotel is to maybe serve drinks with a tapa type lid to stop the flies drowning in your Casablanca :) Top notch, would absolutely come again.”

“Views are exceptional! We had a wonderful stay. The food was some of the best in Morocco and the dining areas are gorgeous particularly the tent. Everything about our stay was exceptional thanks to the manager. Even though it was a holiday he arranged for a shopping trip for rugs in a local village. The only thing that needs work is the spa. Due to the earthquake the spa has been moved. Service rooms are small and noisy as they are by the road. Staff was subpar. Several times with my service and that of my friends the services were interrupted and providers went in and out of the rooms. The spa pool was loud as many children were actively playing there. Hopefully spa will be redone and new staff hired. Otherwise I highly recommend Kasbah Tamadot. They also had excellent drivers to hire.”
