“Its a great place to resort for your holiday in Marrakesh. Personally, had an amazing experience! Its a walking distance from all the hotspots like Menara Mall and Jamaa el fna (like max 30min). The hotel itself is just basic, nothing special, but they know how to keep it clean there. Rooms were nice, pool was , food was fine, the only thing that was a bit dirty was the floor around the pool, but that is to be handled with slippers. Service was truly amazing, one of the nicest people we’ve met! In conclusion, i recommend this hotel. Its great for the price of it”

“Our beds were dirty, stained and had dust and a lot of hairs, as if they didn’t wash the bed sheets after other clients. We asked nicely if they could help us, planning on asking just to get fresh clean sheets and they didn’t even listen to us and were super rude; they changed us to another room that was basically the same.”

“Not only does everything break especially in the bathroom (toilet close to overspilling, sink leaking), lights flicking in the middle of the night (their solution was to leave us without light for the rest of the night and morning), but the personnel is very unhelpful and disrespectful (initially agreed to help me with smth after my stay then retracted help very rudely)”

“Do not go here... I was in 7 hotels in Morocco so far and everything was great or at least fine. This one is terrible. Everything is old, but it is not a problem. The worst thing is personel. We didn't have towels in the room and when I asked about them, they told me 'later'. I said I need a shower. But I had to wait more then hour for it. Then I asked for a glass on the reception (there were none in the room) but they told me I have to wait for one guy. The manager was just standing there, had nothing to do, but can't make 10 steps to bring them. I had to wait 10 minutes for other guy, who gave me glasses that were dirty. Level of servise is sad...”

“Ideally located in walking distance to anywhere in the Hiverange of Jemaa el-Fna. Very sparse furnishing, and bare utilities. Rooms are clean but could with renovation. Metal detector entrance. Sleep is with difficulty with the number of students and tour groups passing through the hotel before their excursions.”

“Dirty room, broken plumbing, very old furniture, dirty linen and towels, no soap or shampoo. Very noisy street nearby!”
