“The hotel is accessible to the airport, mall and city centre. The buffet breakfast is very affordable. The room is clean and no problems at all as they clean it everyday and replace the toiletries. There is a shop inside the hotel which is convenient when you need something. The pool is surprisingly warm and the view is great. I will surely recommend it to my friends.”
“I booked 3 apartments at the Mogador Menzah for the last week of April 2026. I was really scared because of all the negative reviews I read online. I was pregnant and I travelled with my 86 years old grandmother and was really afraid of the higiene and comfort. |All 3 apartments were really clean, beds were really comfortable. My apartment had been painted recently and I asked to change as I didn't want to smell the paint for long periods of time. They arranged me a different one for the next night. The staff was really friendly and accommodated all our needs asked during this week. The swimming pool area was also very pleasant.|Honestly, it's difficult to believe the price considering how everything was so positive. When I return to marraquesh, I will divinely return to this hotel.”
“So this hotel has been slated on reviews so I want to give some balance. We booked it last minute for three nights, having spent four days in a Riad in the Atlas mountains (stunning and highly recommended). The rooms are basic and dated but spotlessly clean, linen and towels are provided. There are no kettles in the rooms but I think this is generic in Morocco. We spent £130 for four people for three nights. We were given a suite with a huge living space and the comfiest sofas. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was not included in our price, but you had the option when booking. I would highly recommend having breakfast included if you choose to book. Fresh produce, lots of choice and you can sit there for 2 hours if you want to. The communal areas are beautiful. Pool is clean, constantly attended, towels are provided with the sun loungers too. There were plenty to go around (in June). If you're happy with a clean room, comfy bed and somewhere to shower that has everything on the doorstep, on a budget, then this place is it. If you want more from a hotel, then spend more. You get what you pay for, it's as simple as that. We would definitely return and we thank the staff for being beautiful humans ☺️”
“Worse hotel ever, was mislead with photos advertised on their website, when reached was given 1 bedroom apartment instead of 2bedrooms which was totally different, sockets not working incredibly dangerous with loose wiring hanging, AC wasn't working/Dummy phone so you can't call reception, after many complaints changed to exact same situation ut with 2bedrooms, patio door to balcony faulty/ no kettle etc, electrics went off/ internal door faulty, had to ask for help at someone sitting near pool to tell reception of the emergency/ dummy phones so you cant complain or request to call reception for anything/dirty bathroom including shower curtain, no towels and loo paper given until complained many times, manager and few staff abrut/ignore everytime you raised a situation, no towels given near pool area, asked to share towels between us in apartments, house keeping doesn't bother cleaning thoroughly, dusty bedsheets and stail pillows, please do not book these apartments, waste of money/time and holiday to be remembered sadly, will never recommend to family & friends. Apartments comes with dirty filthy kitchen cabinets with no cutlery/ only with few plates nothing else what is needed in a kitchen, very awful experience worse experience ever, nothing has been seen or heard too with everything we have complained about, totally ignored each time.”
“I stayed in this hotel, I would never ever stay here again. Things were falling apart and the pool was over crowded. The domestic staff were very nice and came around every day and clean and tidy. The hotel is very out dated and very poor states. We had 2 rooms and both rooms were not pleasant to stay in. The fridge smelt and the plugs were hanging of. The main door handle was broken and hanging off. The bathroom tiles were all smash. I would come back here but not to this hotel. The country is very beautiful and the market and town.”
“This place is a massive disappointment and definitely not as advertised. The photos on Booking.com show a pristine, bright, and modern apartment, but the reality is incredibly run-down and poorly maintained. The listing explicitly states that guests will find kitchenware, but the kitchen is completely bare. Not only is it empty, but the cabinet doors are literally falling off their hinges. The promised 'stovetop' is just a filthy portable hot plate sitting on a badly cracked counter. Throughout the rest of the apartment, the white furniture that looked so nice in the pictures is heavily scuffed, chipped, and stained. The shower felt grimy, and the view outside is just a dirty, debris-covered metal roof. It feels like they posted heavily edited photos or pictures of a completely different unit. If you care about cleanliness, honest advertising, and actually having the amenities you pay for, avoid booking this place.”
