“All the staff are very friendly and helped give directions to anywhere we needed to go . The place is very peaceful and traditional and breakfast is very nice . The road is a bit of a maze and perculair .... It's all part of the experience 😜. I think house keeping should pay more attention to the wooden towel holder in the bathroom . Great place to stay 👍 if you are looking for something different from regular hotels”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Riad Beldi! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their service was outstanding,friendly, professional, and always attentive to every little detail. The riad itself is stunning beautifully decorated, peaceful, and full of charm. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere felt warm and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, and the team made sure every part of my stay was perfect. “We had an amazing stay at Riad Beldi. Everyone was so helpful providing directions, recommendations and booking activities and taxis to and from the airport! The Riad was beautiful and all the streets were lit very brightly - as a group of four girls we felt very safe. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delicious and varied each day! We very much recommend staying here when visiting Marrakesh!”

“Great place to stay, in a very quiet and residential part of the Medina. The host was really amicable and ever so helpful. Breakfast was nice in the morning with fruits, tea, local bread but only thing which was a small inconvenience was the distance to the main square but apart from that great place.”

“The staff at Riad were really lovely and tried their best to help us out, which was great. The riad itself was super clean and comfy, and the breakfast was delicious! They were also really welcoming and hospital. However, we did have a big issue with the location. It's tucked away in a maze of small, unsecured streets, and honestly, getting to and from the riad was quite stressful. We were actually harassed by groups of men on several times on our way, and they even followed us right to the door. When we raised these serious concerns with the person in charge, they unfortunately stated it wasn't their problem, which made us feel like our safety wasn't a priority for them. We ended up reporting the incidents to the police and made the decision to leave a couple of days earlier than planned because we simply didn't feel safe. Adding to our frustration, the riad's description mentioned a nearby street where taxis could drop us off, which was a key reason we booked this particular accommodation. However, this turned out not to be the case, and we felt this was quite misleading. To our disappointment, the riad refused to provide any refund for the unused nights. So, while the riad itself has some nice qualities, the location really let it down in terms of safety. Just a heads-up for anyone thinking of booking it might not be the safest spot. Maybe look at other places in a more secure area.”
