“We stayed at this riad for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The location of the riad is excellent, as it is very close to the city center and convenient for exploring Morocco. What made our stay even more special was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff — they were absolutely fantastic and always available for anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. We also used the airport transfer service provided by the riad, which was very comfortable and well organized. In addition, we had the opportunity to experience the traditional hammam and massage, and it was absolutely amazing — an experience we highly recommend to anyone visiting Marrakesh. We truly recommend this place to everyone planning a trip to Morocco. Thank you again to all the staff for their incredible hospitality and kindness!”

“This Riad was the epitome of calm and relaxing. The decor is really beautiful and as soon as you walk in the you feel like you are a home from home. The team that run it are really helpful and friendly they went above and beyond for our stay. The location of this Riad especially if you plan on shopping is brilliant but as Marrakesh is such a walkable city we walked everywhere making the Riad our hub. After morning activities we always came home and spent a few hours chilling on the roof top.”

“The location is unbeatable—this riad sits right in the heart of the Medina, just a short walk from all the restaurants and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were consistently warm, attentive, and eager to help. Through the riad, we were able to book several activities, including a memorable camel ride, relaxing spa services, and we also enjoyed a delicious daily breakfast. While the room was on the smaller side, it felt cozy, well-designed, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference. Overall, everything exceeded expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.”

“We stayed for 6 nights and we absolutely recommend it. Since we were 3 people we had the room on the top floor next to the rooftop which was lovely (air conditioning, clean, enough space). Aziz welcomed us and was so kind throughout the entire stay. Due to him, we had such a lovely experience. Location is perfect, super central and you can walk everywhere. We did the Ourika valley tour via the Riad and it was great! Also the airport shuttle worked perfectly”

“This was a terrible experience. I contacted the property by message and phone to confirm room availability, as I saw one listed on Booking.com. The person told me not to book through Booking and instead asked me to pay directly in cash for €10 less. I agreed, and he confirmed the room for me. However, he kept the room listed as available on Booking, and just five minutes before my arrival, while I was already traveling to Marrakech, he sent me a WhatsApp message saying the room was no longer available. He did not call to explain or apologize. When I tried to contact him to understand what happened, he ignored my calls and messages and then blocked me. This behavior is dishonest, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. Leaving a guest stranded at the last minute like this is unacceptable. Do not trust this place and do not book here. I would even like to give them 0 star but there is no such option”
