“Great communication before arrival made check-in smooth and stress-free. We were welcomed with traditional mint tea, which was a lovely touch. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was ample, fresh, and well presented each morning. The rooftop pool was a real highlight—clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing in the sunshine if you like a cold dip. One thing to note is that the door is locked at midnight, so make sure to let the staff know in advance if you plan to stay out later. Getting there from the airport is straightforward: around 200 Moroccan Dirham by taxi, or you can take the number 19 bus for about €3 (avoid the number 11—it’s extremely crowded, even if it’s cheaper!). The Hasna Riad can be a bit tricky to find at first, so it’s worth arranging clear directions—look out for the arch just off the main road as a key landmark. Overall, a pleasant and authentic stay with great service. Recommend.”

“The experience has been absolutely amazing, and I would definitely recommend it. If you're a first-time visitor, you might find getting to the hotel a little confusing as it’s located in the valley, but the hotel’s hospitality is excellent. We initially also had issues with our air conditioning, but this was taken care of immediately. The staff, especially Hasan, is an absolute gentleman. He guides you every step of the way and is always available, even after work hours. I would definitely recommend this place.”

“It was the perfect place to be for our marrakech adventure 10 min from Jemaa el-fna and still completely quiet at night, breakfast was also great. But the best thing about the place is Hassan who was always there to help with anything you asked. Really good service all the time from him, super guy who really just makes the place even better.”
