“This hotel is a breathtaking piece of art. With its own private museum next door, incredible traditional archways, and a peaceful petal-filled fountain, it’s simply beautiful. The entire property is infused with the calming, wonderful scent of jasmine. Service is flawless. The staff is a "bee kingdom" of hardworking, respectful, and genuinely polite people who always have a warm smile and very respectful very kind and lovely. The manager is wonderful; he quietly leads by example, getting his work done in a corner while watching over everyone with gentle, fatherly care—never bossy. It is also absolutely immaculate. Perfectly clean everywhere. Oh the breakfast really good, always ready on time within 20 minutes after you asking them, so they serve you by your group and not buffet which I don't prefer it the breakfast serving you different hot drinks different pastries and omelette . The bathrooms are well-stocked with shampoo, washing gel, and plenty of hot water. At night, the lighting is beautiful, and there's a lovely reading book right by the pool that is magical at midnight. A peaceful, spotless, and stunning hidden gem. I can't recommend it enough!”

“The most exquisite stay - a true 5 star experience. From the moment you enter, the service and attentiveness of the staff begins and doesn’t end until you depart. This hotel was something else - a true oasis. We dined for breakfast, lunch and a dinner. The food was abundant, well presented and we had the option of many beautiful dining rooms, the rooftop or our room. Fresh eggs and home made breads and juice each breakfast. the best chicken tahini we have had. The owner is present, incredibly kind and has a museum next door collecting craft and artisan items from centuries, as well as a boutique run by his wife and daughter, Kniza. He gave us a personal tour. The decoration and design were intentional and beautiful. A truly magical place, we will return without doubt. A special thank you to Mohammed, Hassan, Abdul, Fahd and Mohammed for making a most memorable stay, and always putting a smile on our faces with every interaction. You won’t regret staying here.”

“A true oasis of tranquility and unmatched service. Centrally located in the old city. The decor is traditional Moroccan. The rooms are tastefully appointed and comfortable. Breakfast can be served on the roof terrace with great views of the city. The food is carefully prepared, delicious, and served at the riad any place you wish. The staff will accommodate any reasonable request gracefully. The front desk personnel are there to ensure your satisfaction. “We stayed at Riad Kniza for 2 nights in a spacious and well decorated room. The staff was attentive but respectful of our privacy. The dinner at the riad was the best we had in Marrakech. The breakfast was filling and staved off hunger for several hours. The accommodations were clean and relaxing. However, if you have mobility challenges then this may not be the place due to many flights of stairs throughout the riad. If you find swerving motorcycles and scooters both exhilarating and life-threatening then you may find this adventuresome, if not then this is not the neighborhood for you. We love the location of the riad since you passed through local stores, restaurants, and produce stalls that are away from the more touristy areas. A good smartphone map ap will serve you well when you travel through many winding alleys. We would stay here again.”

“Beautifully designed and decorated riad with gorgeous rooms and many outstanding, secluded communal areas to relax in, including an amazing roof top garden. Family run, with a clear and real personal investment that is apparent in every aspect… all of the staff couldn’t do enough for us and were lovely, friendly & polite. It was an absolutely impeccable and wonderful stay and I highly recommend. If we visit Marrakesh again, we will definitely be back - thank you Riad Kniza!”

“What a wonderful experience. First time visiting Morocco and started with 3 nights at the Riad Kniza. ALL of the employees were just wonderful. Service was fantastic. Breakfast on the rooftop was “magical. My wife did the Hammam & massage and throughly enjoyed it. Said it was one of the best 1 1/2 hours she ever had. Raid Kniza is a MUST visit when in Marrakech !!!!!!”
