Riad Les Yeux Bleus

“Giving one star as there is not a minus star! We have had to postpone our trip to This Riad because we are unable to fly due to the War in the Middle East, we were firstly offered a full refund and with all the stress over the last few days we were so happ, but then overnight they have decided to keep our 4 night stay. With no refund? We really did want to go but couldn’t get there ! I don’t think they have any concern for their guests welfare at all and as far as they are concerned its just too bad for us! They have not been sympathetic or caring at all which is very disappointing and it totally put me off staying here. They are happy to take your money and deliver nothing in return, except lie to us! i think its very hard to say anything good about this Riad when they promise to refund our money then change their mind in a matter of an hour, i would find it hard to trust such people let alone stay with them. I would not recommend a place that doesn’t answer my emails and shows no concern to your wellbeing, this was supposed to be a celebration Anniversary trip, which has been ruined. Also we would have been repeat customers if they had of delt with us fairly. We have been fortunate that another hotel on our trip has given us our money less the booking .com fees which is more than fair and they will get a wonderful review when we stay there again. “Stayed in this riad for 5 nights and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. By the end of our stay the staff felt like family and we were sad to leave. Rooms were great, breakfast was amazing, and the bar served great cocktails. Location was walkable for everything we wanted to do and see. Quiet and safe!”

“A perfect location very near the north entrance to the main souks leading to the main square. In addition, the location was an easy walk to other attractions in the area. The riad is a few steps off the main road in a quiet lane. Rooms are small however well maintained by staff who ensure good housekeeping practices. Pool area in the courtyard tidy and comfortable. Pool on the roof top small which was somewhat uninviting. Breakfast tasty but as with all meals in Morroco too much food and variety that we left various items untouched. We found the staff extremely willing to help and attend to our requests. The manager Aminata should be congratulated on running a smooth and efficient hotel. All in all a wonderful experience A recommendation: we used the app Maps.me during our foray into the markets. Other than one minor issue, we sailed through the passageways with ease and confidence”
