“We had a wonderful stay at Miski riad and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old medina of Marrakech. Most of the main attractions in the old city can be reached on foot. Guests arriving by train or from the airport can easily take a taxi to Place Sidi Ayoub and then walk just a couple of minutes to the riad. The reception staff, especially Hicham and Naima, were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and professional. The cleanliness was outstanding. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly, and toiletries and tissues were replenished every day. Breakfast was delicious and different every morning, featuring traditional Moroccan specialties. It was served on the beautiful rooftop terrace, which is decorated with lovely plants and provides plenty of shade. In the evening, it is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Our room was equipped with air conditioning and everything a traveler might need. It matched the description and photos on Booking.com perfectly. Laundry service was also available upon request. The Miski riad itself has a beautiful and elegant Moroccan character that made our stay even more special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this riad, and would definitely return on our next visit to Marrakech.”
“Beautiful Riad in a very comfortable position in the Medina at walkable distance from the main attractions. The hosts were very kind and available to help with services and informations. The highlight of the stay is the traditional Moroccan breakfast, very tasty and with amazing gluten-free options. The room was simple but clean and well furnished. Could be a little noisy if a window is facing the street or if other guest talk loudly in the inner court. Anyway it wasn't a problem for us. Overall a wonderful stay.”
“Right in the heart of the old walled city but you would barely know how from how peaceful it was. Room was great for us a couple. Firm double bed which we like. Room was a comfortable temperature. Clean and well maintained room. Shower was only a hand held unit but serviceable. Excellent service including pick up/ drop off to the airport.”
“VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Whilst i get it that they have rules, i had a 2 night booking, i called (no answer) and sent and email from Hospital. I was lying with a drip and been told i could not travel! I had a report. They took 24 hours to respond, no attempt to help out with either a refund (full or partial) or even a Credit note so we would have come back when i could travel. I get it, but shame they can not have empathy or handle customer service better. Would not go or recommend to anyone as not a customer service orientated way to deal with this type of issue. Disappointing”
“The Riad Miski is like an oasis in the middle of the old town. Super calm and cooling with a beautiful rooftop terrace. As there have been constructions nearby, pieces of the wall in our room came down, which was a tiny little minus, plus there have been no sunshades on the rooftop which makes it almost impossible to enjoy the calming atmosphere outside during the day. All in all we would definitely recommend Riad Miski. Thanks for having us. Especially Hisham made our stay extraordinary.”
“Although our stay at Riad Miski had an awkward start, the staff and management quickly turned it into a wonderful and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after by Hisham, whose friendly and good-natured demeanor made us feel right at home. Nothing was too difficult for him to arrange, ensuring our stay was as seamless as possible. We later settled into a spacious and comfortable room equipped with all the necessary amenities. Both the rooms and common areas were impeccably clean and inviting. While the rooftop terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast, Marrakech winters can be chilly. A gas heater or a glass enclosure on one side would make it even cozier during cold mornings and evenings. Speaking of breakfast, Hisham prepared a daily feast with fresh orange juice, pancakes, omelettes, fruit, and more. The variety and freshness were impressive. For dinner, Ilhame’s culinary skills truly stood out. Her lamb tagine, bursting with Moroccan spices, was succulent, juicy, and paired with fresh vegetables – an absolute must-try! Dining at the Riad is not only excellent in quality but also reasonably priced and homemade. Naima, the receptionist, was exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist with any needs or questions. The team’s warmth and dedication created a welcoming and friendly ambiance that we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you, Riad Miski, for your wonderful service, great location, and exceptional staff. We will definitely return and highly recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrakech!”
