“Negative review. Please don't book this hotel. The location is inaccurate. I arrived at the hotel at 6 p.m. based on the location information. I searched for two hours around but couldn't find it. The phone couldn't be reached. I asked a local to check the location for me, a man accompanied me for an hour and a half, and even made a call, but it still couldn't be connected. I asked many people, but they couldn't find it either. I had no choice but to stay at another hotel. Eventually, they refused to refund the money. I will keep writing negative reviews and filing complaints until a refund is given. It's really infuriating.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this riad and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The riad itself is beautiful, very clean, and located in a truly strategic area—close to everything you might need, yet peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect base for exploring the city while still enjoying a calm and comfortable atmosphere. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was Youness. From the moment I arrived, Youness went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. I highly recommend this riad—not only for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent location, but especially because of Youness, who truly makes it special. I would absolutely return!”

“We had a great stay! The riad was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Being able to book excursions directly at the riad was a big plus, and the rooftop offers a great view of the city. The price was absolutely worth it. Even though the riad is right in the middle of the city, it was surprisingly quiet and relaxing, with shops and everything we needed just a few steps away. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom, as the toilet area gets wet when taking a shower. Plus points to my favorite selfie mirror by the stairs. 😅😂 Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again.”
