“Oussama is AWESOME.. I appreciate when people do their job well but Oussama does his job with passion and goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect, his suggestions on what to see and where to eat where great, he was available to help anytime and even organising a car hire for us making it cheaper and more convenient than I could have found online. He even let me ride his motorbike, Oussama made it like staying with a friend rather than a hotel. The location is great and the breakfast is fantastic… just remember the Medena can’t be accessed by car so the last 5 minutes will be on foot so get one of the men with carts to take your luggage in.”
