“A truly unforgettable stay. The riad is a peaceful oasis, beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and full of charm. What really makes this place special is the staff: incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything you need. The breakfast by the pool was plentiful, fresh, and delicious — the perfect way to start the day. “This is the perfect place to stay in La Medina. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. From the very first moment of our arrival the owner did everything to make our stay at the Riad wonderful. He provided everything we needed and even accompanied to pickup us to the taxi when we checked in. People like him make the stay in Marrakesh better, comfortable and safety. As soon as you walk through the doors of the Riad Shambala everything becomes peaceful and relaxing. The decor is beautiful and the cleanliness is excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly, making every detail unique. As soon as we arrived, we were invited to have tea on the pool. Breakfast was very good and  delicious. We will definitely return. “This place is awesome! The owner was so good with us. We rented a motorbike from him, asked for a couple of tweaks to breakfast, and when we were chilling by the pool, he’d pop by with drinks. Talk about legendary hospitality! Our suite was stunning: a massive bathtub right in the middle of the room, cool lighting, AC that worked like a dream, and soaps that smelled amazing. It’s a bit of a walk from the main part of the medina (about 25 minutes), but for the price, you really can’t complain. The area is super safe, and if you’re not there for a long period, the stroll into town is actually pretty fun—you get to soak up the local vibe and see lots of interesting stuff along the way. Highly recommend!”

“Arrived to be told that our room was cancelled with an hour's notice while we were on the plane. No reason given other than overseeing a text from the owner to tell me it was because of flooding. They then changed our booking date without asking me. Nightmare. Moved to other riad which was 100 times more welcoming and nice. Also out of the way in not so nice area.”

“The stay at Riad Shambala gets a 5 star for the host. Rabiaa made us feel like home and he told use everything we needed to know whenever we had questions. Breakfast on the roof was also perfect. We loved the location. It's nice to walk to the city center true the narrow streets. So we discoverd a little bit the local life. Everything in the bathroom works but a revision might be nice. It was a little bit noisy but as soon we told the host, he took care of it. So lovely stay!!”
