“There are 3 staff working , i am almost every 3 day at the shop and every time I enter I spend minimum 400-700 dirham. The lady with hijab was a year ago also rude and today she was rude again , she is so greedy and so fake. I do not wanna play with no ones bread but i ve decided to write this comment , cause of her attitude I just put all the stuff that i was gonna buy today back. I spend in 10 days 4500 dirham. I am fan of natus they are so great , but the staff especially the lady with hijab so greedy and so fake. Cause of her I will never enter this shop again. Yesterday i spent 530 dirham she gave me natus oil gift , today i buy some missing items for my self which was total 410 dirham. I asked if she could give me small gift ,like one tester shampoo or body gel (its worth 15 dirham) when i spent 2000 dirham a week ago the only gift they gave me 15 dirham shampoo and honey body gel (the guy his service was good but also greedy) i found out they should give me body scrub and some perfumes , i will upload all my transactions , you can clearly see that i spend between 400-500 euros within 10 days. The only real and sweet person is the lady with black hair , the others dont care. As a true fan of natus they should warn the lady with hijab, and the guy who is working there , the guy wants to sell but small gift, there is only one sweet lady there she always welcome with nice smile and she make us leave happy from the shop. The others must be warned for sure!”

“The shop has great products and good quality, but the receptionist was rude. We waited politely for her to finish with other clients, and she told us to hurry up, even though it wasn’t closing time yet. That part really ruined the experience. Sadly, it feels like Moroccan clients don’t get the same treatment as tourists. Disappointing.”
