Villa Paschmina

“This is the most beautiful villa we stayed in Morocco. Authentic oversized mansion nestled in a lush garden, in full privacy with mature vegetation and trees. We enjoyed the heated pool, under the olive trees, always offering natural shade, a very quiet oasis to rejuvenate and relax. All rooms are superbly decorated in a mediterranean style, all with working fireplace and ensuite. Lots of small details, paintings and accessories, comfy beds and ample amenities. The living room is the highlight, with oversized sofas and the green pond as backdrop at the center of the residence, in perfect colonial style. The staff is up to a 5-Star hotel, with Mimoun, our personal butler, who delivered exceptional services and anticipated all our needs. We opted for breakfast and dinner package (highly recommended), cooked by a top Chef, who amazed us every day with new creations. Be mindful to inform about the price list upon check-in, for potential extra services or consumptions, like drinks, so no misunderstanding at the end. The villa stayed in immaculate condition, always clean and everything in working order. Ahmed, the host, did make us feel home from the minute we arrived, always available for any request. He and his team made our stay unforgettable. This is a true 5-star experience, in a gorgeous retreat, 30 mins away from the city, but easily accessible. The spectacular views of the mountains from the master bedroom did enchant our morning routine. What impressed us is the multitude of seating areas, lounges and spaces, offering so many options while never feeling bored. Despite other reviews, we can absolutely reassure anyone that Villa Pashmina is absolutely worth it and exceed our expectations, our only regret was staying only 6 nights. Congratulations for the perfect experience and great hospitality, we will definitely come back and can recommend this villa without hesitation!”

“What a shame, the villa was superb, and the house staff amazing. The owner however is a some sort of con man, spurious charges for taxis we didn’t have, trying to charge for things clearly included and now we are getting messages from the wonderful house staff they are not getting paid! Ahmed the owner should hang his head in shame - disgraceful!!”

“L’endroit est magnifique et le personnel est agréable, rien à dire de ce côté-là. En revanche, grosse déception concernant le propriétaire, Ahmed. Il a tenté de nous facturer des prestations et des frais que nous n’avons jamais consommés. Après avoir consulté les avis, nous avons constaté que ce n’est malheureusement pas un cas isolé, ce qui pose un vrai problème de confiance. De plus, son comportement a été inacceptable et déplacé : ne sachant pas que nous comprenions le darija, il s’est permis des propos injurieux à voix haute, devant nous. C’est dommage qu’un lieu aussi beau soit terni par une attitude aussi peu professionnelle. Un propriétaire ne devrait pas se comporter ainsi avec sa clientèle.”

Je conseille vivement la chambre Lotus, un véritable cocon de sérénité. Ahmed est un hôte exceptionnel, d’une grande gentillesse et animé par une véritable passion, toujours soucieux de rendre notre expérience inoubliable.
