“This small supermarket chain is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to access. Despite its size, it is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. You can usually find everything you need, from fresh produce to everyday essentials. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient choice for quick and regular shopping.”
“Compared to the international store (Carrefour) BIM is not great, prices are about the same and selection is very limited. But, it is the closest grocery store to the Medina and is much more accessible to people staying/living in that neighborhood. There is no produce or “local find” (if you want that see Carrefour La Fontaine). Also, some of the food felt like it had gone bad. When I was there at about 10am on a Tuesday morning the only bottled water (still or sparkling) was 6L, as a tourist I was hoping for something smaller. This is a good place in a pinch, but the prices and lack of selection are not worth a return trip for me.”
“Avoid this mini-store if you can! The stock is very limited, and the service is poor, staff are poorly trained especially the night-shift staff, and looked like they DO NOT like your business, and would rather close the store and go home. The handheld card machines are filthy and didn't work most of the time - don't like International credit card - even though the same exact cards worked perfectly well the next door - that's the hardware side of the story. Service-side they don't like to give you changes if you hand them a large note (200/100 MAD note), even if you can see there are plenty of small changes in the cash drawer, and would rather not appreciate your business if you are making less than 50 MAD transactions. Moroccan people are generally very warm while doing business, so the attitude of this place became a surprise for us savvy-travellers. Again, Avoid this mini-store if you can!”
“ok mini Mart - not the best selection or service compared to Carrefour markets in the city we visited”
“The prices are good, but there's a lot of confusion regarding the goods.”
“Had my eyes on the screen for the bill as I saw the reviews, but the cashier charged us twice for the most expensive product and distracted us while doing that by talking about Marrakech. Avoid at all cost as a tourist, better to go to the small convenience stores.”
