“We regularly visit Marjan Market in Menara and have always appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, on June 10 around 1:30 PM, we had a bad experience with a worker named Ayoub in the fruit section. When we politely asked him to cut a watermelon, he behaved rudely, handled the knife in an aggressive way, and made us feel uncomfortable. When asked to be careful, he simply walked away and told us to speak to the supervisor. This was very disappointing, especially as loyal customers of several years. We hope management takes this seriously so we can continue visiting with the same positive experience we’re used to.”

“We are regular customers at Marjane Market Al Manara and visit almost daily to buy watermelon. We have always appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff. However, today we were disappointed by the behavior of an employee named Ayoub. While serving us, he appeared irritated and handled the situation in an aggressive manner, making us feel uncomfortable. This experience was very different from the excellent service we usually receive. We kindly ask management to review this matter, as maintaining a positive customer experience is important. We hope to continue visiting and enjoying the welcoming atmosphere we have always known.”

“I am giving one star because of the unprofessional behavior of one worker in the fruit and vegetable section. His name is Ayoub. I politely asked him to cut a watermelon in half.(I want to buy full watermelon )Instead of helping kindly, he was rude. He cut it roughly and handled the knife in an unsafe way, which made me uncomfortable. When I asked him to stop doing that, he simply left the section and told me to go to the supervisor. I have been a customer here for almost three years, and all of your staff are friendly, polite, and welcoming except for this one worker. What happened is on your CCTV, and other customers were there and saw it too. This happened on Wednesday June 10 around 1:30 pm This needs to be addressed. If this kind of behavior continues, loyal customers who have trusted this store for years will start to leave.”

“Good selection of groceries. Enough for what we need whilst staying in Gueliz area. Conveniently located on the main road and close to our hotel. Price was reasonable.”

“The people are very nice and it's a very large store, so you should find most of what you need, even American brands. However, some of the produce is not in the best shape. You will cut a piece of fruit and find a large rotten piece and the cauliflower, in particular, has numerous brown spots. And take the closing hours with a grain of salt. I arrived there 10 minutes before closing to grab just 4 things, 3 of which were right in front, but the doors were already locked.”

“Very well organized, easy for orientation, as a tourist I found everything I needed, although the time was after 9p.m. Nice sweets, spices, fruits, etc.”
