“La pire expérience que j’ai vécue dans une pharmacie. J’ai été confrontée à des comportements non professionnels et à un manque total d’éthique de la part d’un vendeur de médicaments âgé. J’ai subi des violences verbales et des attitudes inappropriées, notamment des tentatives répétées de contact physique avec ma main de manière étrange et malaisante alors que je lui demandais un médicament. Lors du paiement, il m’a rendu la monnaie en billets usés et non valables en circulation. Lorsque j’ai demandé à les remplacer par des billets en bon état, il m’a insultée devant les clients. En revanche, la femme voilée qui l’assiste a été très aimable et s’est excusée avec beaucoup de politesse. J’invite à la prudence lors des visites dans cette pharmacie, en attendant que des mesures soient prises face à ce comportement inacceptable”
