“I am a Moroccan citizen. I came with my wife. We drank coffee. My wife, in a completely innocent gesture, rested her head on my shoulder. I gently put my arm around her—my own wife. A waiter rushed over to publicly scold us. He told us our behavior was not "respectable" and that the space was "for families." I told him clearly, "She is my wife." He did not apologize. The judgment had been passed. This employee took it upon himself to police our morality and decided that a legally married Moroccan couple does not fit his personal definition of a "family." His intrusive and backward policing turned a simple coffee into an experience of pure humiliation. I paid immediately and we left, feeling insulted in front of other customers. The management of this restaurant allows its staff to arbitrarily judge and humiliate married clients based on personal, narrow-minded social codes. If you are a couple, or if you value being treated with basic human respect, avoid this place entirely. They will take your money and then strip you of your dignity. A place that markets itself to families has the deepest misunderstanding of what the word even means.”

“Complex al karam is a multi services place, including gaz station large parking space, security in the front side. In the entrance there's a spacious terrace with restaurant services and meat store which gives you the chose to buy fresh meat and get a BBQ in place. Inside, there's a large garden with aged olive trees and other flower ones. For kids they have a parc for playing, and ofcours its not free area, i guess it coast 15DH per kid. And a small space for some birds and rabbits. In general the place is natural and large and you can have a peace time.”

“Shocking. Me and my two small children became VIOLENTLY ill after visiting here. I believe it was the water that was tampered with or the tea was made with dirty water. The tea had a very strong, bad taste, i coud not even finish my glass. We all had the most horrific food poisoning with vomitting and diarrhea that lasted more than 19 hours. We almost ended up in the emergency room!!! The place looks like it's decrepit, falling apart, and like not even a cat should be eating there. I was so afraid of the food that I refused to eat and I STILL got sick from the liquids! Absolutely terrifying and shocking. Please DO NOT GO HERE! We ate at the restaurant that is at the BOTTOM of the stairs. Do NOT GO THERE.”
