“After reading the reviews I was excited to eat here and unfortunately I was terribly disappointed. I was the only person in the restaurant when I ordered a beef tagine, Marrak salad SANS the shrimp and a lemonade. The lemonade was refreshing and delicious. The beef in the tagine was tough and had more fat than meat and there were 3 prunes! The salad arrived with the SHRIMP on top!! The tagine was flavorless while the salad, once the shrimp was removed, was filled with freshly cut fruit. The dressing was light and flavorful. Throughout the entire meal there was a woman dragging every chair in the restaurant across the floor and back while sweeping as well as beating the seat cushions! The noise was rude, annoying and very loud and definitely negatively impacted what should have been a relaxed and enjoyable meal. I paid the bill and left quickly. At no time did I feel welcome or the warmth that I have experienced every day from the Moroccan people everywhere: I felt as if I was an intruder.”
