Restaurant Grillade Hay Chrifia , Grillade Marrakech et Tajine Marrakech

“The restaurant is located in the Bouakaz neighborhood, hidden among buildings, which makes it difficult to find without clear directions from the main streets. The service is good and fast, with waiters who are smiling and friendly. However, the food was not as good as expected, especially considering the high prices (pizzas start around 60 DHS, juices are also expensive despite the small quantity). We ordered the chicken BBQ, but it arrived cold, which was disappointing. The meat BBQ was better, though not perfect, priced at 240 DHS per kilo and served with boiled rice and vegetables. The pizzas were actually the highlight of the meal—delicious and well prepared. The juice was cold and fresh, but the ice was not as good as expected. One major downside of this restaurant is the setup: two football fields are installed inside, with tables surrounding them. The constant screaming of players and the sound of the ball hitting the walls make the atmosphere uncomfortable. I also had a negative experience with the kids’ park. The woman in charge demanded 15 DHS per child for just two games, with a rude attitude. When I complained to the manager, he admitted he had no authority over her and that she often causes problems with customers. He also said he disagreed with the extra charges for the kids’ park. Overall, I do not recommend this place. There are many other restaurants that are better, more comfortable, and more customer-friendly.”
