“I’ve been a frequent visitor to Salad Box whenever I’m in Marrakech, and for the most part, it remains a go-to spot for me. On my most recent visit, however, the experience was a bit inconsistent. I ordered the viande hachée (minced meat) sandwich, but was disappointed to find it had hardly any meat inside. It definitely didn't meet the usual standard. The Recovery: I raised the issue with our waiter, and I have to say, the service was excellent. He was very professional, apologized sincerely, and replaced the sandwich immediately without any hassle. The Verdict: I’m overall happy with the experience because of the strong client focus and the staff's politeness. However, for a place I visit so often, consistency is key. To keep loyal customers coming back, the food portions need to stay at a high standard every single time. I’ll definitely be back, hoping for a bit more "meat" in the experience next time!”

I had a great experience at Salad Box in Marrakech. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming.
