“If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would. My cousin and I visited this nail salon for French gel pedicures, and unfortunately, my experience was disgusting from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt very unwelcoming. There was a language barrier, as we were visiting from London, we did our best to communicate using Google Translate. We had no issues using it elsewhere in Marrakech, so this was not the problem. The technician who worked on me filed my nails down excessively, the shapes were uneven. When applying the French tip design, the polish was messy and not consistent, some toenails were rounded while others were square, making the overall result look horrible, some of my toes barely had a white tip! Throughout the appointment, the technician was constantly on phone calls, arguing with people, speaking rudely. She repeatedly left me sitting in the chair for extended periods without explanation and seemed irritated the entire time, huffing and puffing throughout the service. Took me 2 hours to get my nails done!! Waste of time. When I tried to inspect my nails, grabbed my foot and forcefully pushed it back onto the footrest. The footrest itself was not even straight, it was falling off the step and wobbly throughout the appointment, and no effort was made to make it straight or make me feel comfortable, I felt I was holding my leg up the entire time. When I politely explained that I was unhappy with the result, I was told that the issue was simply the shape of my nails, which was not true. While trying to have the work corrected, the technician spoke in her own language in what felt like a very rude and dismissive manner, continuing to huff and puff, roll her eyes and wave her hands around. On a positive note, my cousin’s pedicure turned out well (apart from one of her toenails being painted a darker colour than the rest) her technician was professional, and kind. I requested that she take over and fix my nails - during then my technician threw a fuss and walked away without even apologising. Overall, the service I received was unpleasant, unprofessional, and left me feeling uncomfortable. I would not recommend this salon based on the treatment I received. 0 STARS!!!”

“Wow, I'm obsessed with my lash extensions! The medium volume gives me the perfect amount of drama without feeling too heavy. The application was seamless and the technician was so professional. I've gotten so many compliments on my lashes already! Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their look.”

“Just called for a blow dry appointment, felt like I was forcing the lady to speak lol the tone was very disrespectful and unprofessional. When I came here to read the comments I thank god I didn’t go to this salon. Never been there and never going to.”

“What a disgrace this place is. 1 .brook my nails then proceeded to tell me you have weak and short nails when they were painting. 2 .I had to put up with being passed between two workers during the whole appointment. One of them even admitted she didn’t know how to do manicures and pedicures, but said she was forced to by the owner . I felt stuck and disappointed with how unprofessional it was. I don’t blame the workers because one of them supposedly had to leave at 7h but couldn’t thanks to the owner . 3.Terrible management. If you’re already fully booked, don’t cram in more customers when you only have one worker available. It leads to a rushed, poor quality experience. For me to pay 500dhs for a half-done pedicure is shameful. Out of respect for platform guidelines, I won’t post a photo.”
