Salon sisters relax

“I went to the salon for a hammam and brushing. I made a reservation through their website for the hammam (as shown in the screenshot). As you can see, it indicates 120 minutes, so I assumed the hammam would last about 60 minutes, followed by a 30-minute massage , at least 90 minutes in total 😅. However, I was extremely disappointed with the hammam experience. When I arrived at the time of my reservation, I had to wait (which I understand is normal). The staff then told me to go upstairs. Once upstairs, there were still people who had finished their hammam and were occupying the entire changing area. The staff told me to change in one of the hammam rooms, which was hot and uncomfortable. No one communicated with others that it was time for my reservation. I stayed quiet, hoping that at least the hammam itself would be good, but that’s where the disappointment truly began. The hammam lasted no more than 30 minutes and felt more like a quick rinse than an actual hammam. As soon as the staff applied the ghassoul, she rinsed it off immediately. She didn’t even bother to clean the area where I was sitting after applying the products. Everything felt rushed, as if she were in a marathon, and it didn’t stop there. After the hammam, she gave me a robe that smelled strongly of oil, along with a towel for my hair. The smell was so overpowering that I couldn’t ignore it, I’m not sure if it was oil or something else, but it was very strong. When I finished, I waited for the massage, but no one came to explain that there would be a rest period before the massage. I waited, but the smell became unbearable, so I decided to change back into my clothes. At that point, a staff member came, and I told them I would not be doing the massage. On a positive note, the staff member who did my hair for brushing was truly professional. However, the hammam experience was terrible.”

“well came for hairstyles than I ended up getting a facial, pedicure and cut my hair, Soumia amazingly took care of me, she’s so sweet and she doesn’t a wonderful job. All members of staff are friendly and smily, I’ve enjoyed visiting the Salon and I’ll do it again and again and again 🥰🥰🥰♥️”
