“They ruined my hair on top of not doing the haircut that i asked they made it shorter and one side of my bangs is too short than the other one When i asked them on the phone if naima is available they said no only to know that she is in fact available anyway my hair was done terribly by another hairdresser I do not recommend at all”

“Where should I start! My friend and I came in to get an ombre color and a haircut. My friends hair was very damaged and had a lot of previous dyes, Niya gave her a consultation and was brutally honest (huge GREEN flag!) they did a test patch on her to see if her hair would do well with the bleach. Never in my life have I had my hair treated SO well and SO carefully. The work that they put in to it is crazy! They are super detailed oriented and meticulous. I had virgin hair, tell me why my hair looks 1000 times shinier and healthier than before. My friends hair also came out insanely good. Super shiny super healthy, we looked like movie stars!
