“Lovely experience! It is warm in the building like a dry sauna heat. The ladies were super friendly and helpful. They have lockers to put your things as well. I suggest getting henna AFTER a Hamam. They scrubbed mine off (unintentionally) lol. You must remain low volume because the sound travels and they dont want anyone to have noisy massage. Enjoy!”

“First and foremost, just saying that this is not a complaint. The spa was stunning and beautiful, has natural sunlight. However, i felt like our session was just rushed through (we did les bains d’orient hammam) we came 4 hours earlier initially from our reservation but if it’s rushed, we should have just came at the initial hour. The people are friendly and welcoming! But i felt like the whole hammam experience can be more thoroughly and not just like slapping mask on the body, rushed body scrubbing and simply put argan oil in the hair not even thoroughly. I really liked the spa environment but hoping the service could be much better. Keep up, i believe in you.”

“Amazing experience! We took the Trésor d’Orient package. The staff met us at the reserved time and were dedicated to us the entire time. Very professional and friendly. I've been to hammams in various countries, but the experience here was indescribable. I especially liked the emphasis on relaxation at all times. “This was our second hammam and massage experience in Marrakech, and unfortunately compared to the first one, Le Bains d’Orient felt quite average. The whole experience felt more commercial than warm or welcoming. The hammam itself was okay, but there was barely any communication throughout the session. No explanation of what products were being used or what was being done , mostly just instructions to keep turning around. The water temperature was also very inconsistent, sometimes suddenly too hot and sometimes cold, which made the experience less relaxing. What also stood out was that the staff were talking loudly just outside the room while waiting, which completely broke the calm atmosphere you would normally expect from a hammam. After the hammam, our skin felt unusually dry and was peeling a bit. When we mentioned it, the only response we got was “it’s okay,” which honestly did not feel very reassuring. The massage was definitely better than the hammam, and the ambience there was nice. Overall, the experience lacked warmth and attentiveness. Instead of feeling cared for and relaxed, it felt more like being moved through a conveyor belt process in and out.”
