“Very Disappointing Experience I booked a one-hour massage based on what was advertised on the website, but it was nothing like what I expected. The masseuse kept leaving the room several times, and after only about 30 minutes, she told me she was finished. The room door stayed open the entire time, which made it uncomfortable and lacking privacy. The massage itself felt rushed and forced, as if she didn’t really want to do it. I even told her that if she wasn’t feeling up to it, I was fine to stop, but she insisted on continuing — and nothing improved. In the end, I decided to end the session early. Definitely not worth what I paid for, and I won’t be returning.”

“We originally booked with another company who failed to accommodate us and tried taking our money they had booked us in and then said we didn’t have a booking but can still come for the bath but not massage. Luckily we then stumbled across this place and I cannot explain how accommodating they were! There was 5 of us who wanted Moroccan Baths and Massages. They showed us their fixed prices which were a lot better than the other place. They were honest, lovely and made us feel so welcome with traditional teas and coffees. They gave us time to get changed and get ready for our baths. It was honestly the best experience just before our flight back to London and I cannot thank the owner and her workers enough for what they did for us. Please check them out guys you will not regret it.”

“Price Deception! Data - 27th Nov 2024. I searched for a massage outside the Medina using Google Maps and found this place and their website, where the price for a relaxation massage was listed as 300 MAD/hour. But in fact , they told it costs 400 MAD. My comment about the website showing a different price, which I even displayed, was ignored. I consider this deceptive, especially since the riad where we are staying offers massages for 400 or 450 MAD as well. So, what’s the point of walking over 1.5 km expecting savings that you ultimately don’t get? A disappointing experience.”
