“Ok I understand English isn’t a widely used language ( Strange when you have many tourists from English speaking countries ) anyway I digress. Petrol cheap compared to European prices. Filled up tank, came to 260 DH. Paid 400 DH ( 2 x 200 DH notes ) got change back and put in my pocket and drove off. Only when I got home I realised the attendant had short ch aged me, only gave back 40 DH and not 140 DH! The thieving git!! Yes my fault for not checking the change before driving off but soo annoyed. Why is it everyone in Morocco just wats to rip everyone else off?? Do they’re parents not teach them right for wrong? Lesson learnt trust NO ONE in Morocco and you won’t go far wrong. I for one won’t come back to Morocco ever again, 1 visit is more than enough. Point about not speaking English meant I couldn’t go back and make my point to the attendant.”
