“A lovely spot tucked away inside the medina. It’s a bit hidden away, but well worth the effort. The restaurant is run entirely by women who pay great attention to detail, from the location to the food. If you’re visiting Marrakech, I’d definitely recommend stopping by. The restaurant is open for lunch only and bookings are essential; I’d advise booking a day or two in advance.”

“The place is definitely very nice. When it comes to the food, starters were really good but the main course (gnocci) were very oily. Portions are quite big. And you should probably book because the waiters said to a couple of people that without a booking the place was full to finally let us/them in, which I guess is nice? But the place was not crowded. However, they opened around 12:30 instead of 12:00 and there was a small queue at the entrance. I still recommend for the location, a place behind a close door you don’t expect in the middle of the souk. + additional bonus for the veggie food.”

“La Famille was a short walk from the hotel and we randomly happened upon it. It seemed like a very calm oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The food was very tasty and refereshing. We would highly recommend the orange blossom lemonade!”

“Beautiful garden oasis, salads and pastas were really special - unusual, refreshing and delicious - small menu (1 starter, 1 salad, 1 pasta, 1 flatbread). The orange blossom lemonade was beautiful. The team were great. We bought the cookbook. We were a mixed group of foodies and less adventurous, different ages etc, and all were raving. We just felt very happy there. Note: google says closed Tuesdays, but was open.”
