“We were given almost no information about the villa or how things work here from the start. Every single dinner was exactly the same meal with no variety – the food was just okay, but they really need to improve the menu and offer better options. Worst of all, no one told us all staff leave at 6pm! We were left completely alone with nobody to turn to for help, and messages or requests were almost never answered. There’s barely anything to do here, and the swimming pool has no shade at all, making it hard to use when it’s sunny. Communication is terrible, hospitality is lacking, and we felt abandoned most of the time. This place needs a lot of work before it can offer guests a decent stay. Really disappointing after hearing the reviews about this villa. Unfortunately im not going to recommend it or give anyone a good review like they ask you too.”
