“I would not recommend going here. They have a lady that is very nasty and rolls her eyes. We went to open a joint account and the guard at the door first said only one person is allowed. We mentioned that we need to open a joint account and were not allowed to do it online. We were very polite with them and sat and waited our turn. However, the lady at the desk with reddish-orange hair rolled her eyes at us and told him let me get rid of them quick and treated us bad when we asked to open an account with 3 people and explained to her the reason. She kept saying no we only open for two people and gave us a nasty tone. I would never open an account with them even if they are the only bank available . We went right over to BMCE where the representatives and the guard, Abderahmane are so polite to all of their clients. Zaynabe Belfakih was amazing and super friendly at BMCE. I can’t even believe a representative like that is working at a bank because she will make them go out of business!”
