Zain Hôtel

“Had a bad experience at zain hotel today with a guy who was in the reception with a red t-shirt, today was to be my check out day so I came to the hotel at 1 pm and planning to extend 1 more night, unfortunately once I reach the reception and about to say salam alaykom the guy starts shouting to me and said take your bag and leave now the check out at noon, not 1 pm. I got surprised by his misbehavior, I told him why you are shouting you should respect your client, but his answer shocked me, he said the housekeeper lady shouting to him as well because she wants to leave early. But this is not a reason to let you Lose a client. So decided to check in to another hotel I do not recommend this hotel anyone”

“I honestly was a little anxious coming to this hotel from the reviews I read down but thankfully it wasn’t as bad as I thought basically the concept of the hotel is just to sleep and rest One thing I would advice is that the parkings are limited to none there is a bit of a struggle to find a parking most of the time as well as there was alot of disturbance during the night time I could hear people from the floor above walk and move there stuff as well as the neighbors next to us which was very disturbing and couldn’t sleep at night but the hotel overall is good to stay over the and receptionist was kind and welcoming as well. 👍🏼”

“Toilet flush was broken, the drain of the shower was almost not working, no remote for tv, recepionist not multilungual at all, ac not working”
