“The place was nice but there were too many stairs so it was really exhausting depending on which part ur apartment is. The apartment where we were was horrible, we had a baby and it smelled like cigarettes in the big room, the cleaning was not good done at all. It’s true that the securities majority are very nice and others are really rude, it was 00:30 and i was going in the pool part where people normally stay at night, i didn’t know that the pool closes at 00:00, without saying nothing he looked at me in a bad way and let me in and then told me, it closes at 00:00 and i went out, but the looks were awful. The complex in general is clean and beautiful but the red flag are the stairs. THERE IS SO MUCH.”

Luckily we had brought with us our sheets, pillowcases, and towels because theirs were extremely dirty; they used to be white and they had stains on them. there is no wifi The AC did not work. We could not sleep well, The bathroom was another story. No shower curtain. Everytime you'd take a shower the whole bathroom gets wet…”

“Horrible service. One of my co-guests were threatened by the manager. They also didn’t want to give us the refund. I had to speak for hours with Airbnb customer support to get half of the refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”
