“Rooms : clean and exactly as what you see in the booking pictures, the rooms are not super modern but they’re great for the price. I electricity outlet in room 108 is out of the socket 4/5, it is a shame i didn’t have time to explore the hotel more extensively but it looked good. Service : this where this hotel definitely shines, the people working are so kind and it easy to communicate with them 5/5 Location : i like the fact that this hotel is easily accessible by car 5/5”

“This is possibly the worst place I've stayed in my entire life of having toured 137 countries extensively.|This hotel is far, far away from the city, that means not accessible to basic shops for water or even a snack. The road in front becomes completely empty after sunset, and the hotel is surrounded by cultivating fields, not houses. The nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kms away. No restaurants anywhere excepting a McDonalds.||This hotel makes a world-record for having the highest numbers of "Unavailable Services' in its list compared to other 4-stars.||1. Single key-entry (your spouse remains awake to open the door whenever you are away from your room)|2. NOT A SINGLE PLUG POINT (Gone back to the donkey-ages). We had to unhook the TV to charge our electronic gadges one at a time.|3. No Tea/coffee in the room. Not a single electric kettle to make a cuppa of you own. Neither you would get one from the restaurant (THEY DON'T HAVE AN ELECTRIC KETTLE IN THE WHOLE HOTEL !!!)|4. Not even a single glass/cup is provided in the room.|5. NO AC. Only the fan mode works. There isn't any cooling. We kept the doors to the balcony open the whole day and night to let the breeze come in.|6. No complimentary water. Buy one at 5 times the market rate when you check-in.|7. Severely over-priced restaurant, You don't have a choice but to eat here as neither taxis are available, nor the drivers understand a word of English.|8. No Hot water in the bathroom. Bad toilettries.|and the list goes on and on.............||Greatly duped by my travel agent who booked it for me. In fact, the hotel is like a ghost-place in the morning without any tourists. The only tourists that you get to see are the people who comes in the evening (for a night's stay) in group tours, duped by their travel agents, earning a fat commission for this dump.||Recommendations ? RUN AWAY.”

“From the pictures, the property looked beautiful and like it had great amenities. I will say that the ac was cold and the staff that were there were generally friendly and helpful. We had two rooms: one had great AC and the other did not work. We asked the front desk to change rooms, they said they would fix the AC, and no one ever came. Additionally: -the pool did not have water in it. This was not advertised and we were not warned beforehand, and this is a huge reason we chose this hotel in the first place -there were ants literally everywhere, like inside outside on the food didn’t matter there were ants -even though it was advertised online, they did not have a bar or restaurant or anything of that sort open. Again, this is a reason we chose this hotel, so we could hang out on property and not have to leave to find drinks or dinner. The property is beautiful and the rooms were generally clean and cold. But overall this stay was pretty disappointing and we probably will not be coming back.”

“Quite luxurious but the airco didn’t work. As it was November, it was no problem, I just opened the door to the balcony, which overlooked a beautiful swimming pool. Sadly no time to use it as we arrived quite late and left early. ||Staff were friendly and helpful, room was very nice, comfy bed and hot shower with plenty of water. A pity that the dirty shower curtain was very close to the shower head, so it kept sticking to my body. Don’t you just hate that? |It’s on the edge of town (no problem for us as we had transport).”

“A lovely big hotel, the room was nice but with twin beds (she was not happy). The restaurant had nice food with a fair to good selection. The beers were not too expensive, and a lovely swimming pool. Although in February it was still a bit chilly.||The hotel is in the middle of a desolate area, so be careful if you venture onto the main road to town”

“A Wonderful Stay We recently had a fantastic stay at Menzeh Dalia. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire staff. A special mention goes to Boutaina, the hotel manager, who was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure our rooms met our needs. Her warm welcome set the tone for a wonderful stay. Yasin, the pool lifeguard, was always friendly and helpful, making our poolside experience enjoyable. Additionally, we want to express our gratitude to Zuhair, the night guard, for his attentiveness and care in ensuring our comfort upon returning to the hotel. Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Many thanks Mohamed”
