“When we asked for a menu, we were told to look it up on Google Maps instead. We ordered one chicken grill and one beef grill. The waiter wrote on a piece of paper that the 15 MAD chicken grill would actually cost 30 MAD, and the 20 MAD beef grill would actually cost 40 MAD. According to the menu on Google Maps, our food should have cost 129 MAD. We estimated another 30 MAD for two fresh orange juices, so we expected the total to be around 159 MAD. Instead, the bill came to 244 MAD. When I questioned it, the waiter claimed that the menu on Google Maps was from 2018. In reality, it is only 3 years old. The problem was that the prices still didn't add up. I showed him the piece of paper where he had written that the chicken grill would cost 30 MAD and asked him to show me where that amount appeared on the bill, because it was listed as 40 MAD instead. It was obvious that we were being ripped off. In the end, I threw down 237 MAD just to end the argument. We will not set foot in this place again, not in the next few days, and never again after that.”
