“My wife slipped on the floor and hurt her knees due to leaking water coming from the toilet area we had just entered the room. When i went to let the receptionist know and to tell her my wife was hurt she didn't have any empathy stated to ask if we had turned on water and splashed it ourselves. We got transferred to a smaller room and was told it was better but wasn't, was told a complaint was going to be done but nothing happened we asked for another room but was given the same room that had the water was assure no more issue but the water was still present was told that they would provide a mat to put over it and that it wasn't a plumbing issue that is wax from the shower that didn't have silicone. I am a maintanance manager and this was not how I would handle this type of scenario if that thankfully I haven't had to deal with Dont recommend this hotel due the very very poor customer service and zero customer empathy. My wife still has a swollen knee and in pain due to her slipping on the hotel property bathroom floor So much attitude from the reception and zero concern from the other manager of the hotel just tried to just brush off the whole thing”

“I had one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. The room had a clear plumbing issue: the toilet pipe was not properly sealed, there was visible leakage, and the bathroom had a constant unpleasant smell. The floor was often wet, which raised hygiene concerns. I reported the issue during my stay. While the hotel acknowledged the problem and said they would fix it, this did not change the fact that the issue had already affected multiple nights of my stay. Overall, the condition of the room did not match expected standards, and the experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.”

“Arrived late at night parked right in front. Property is located 5 min off the main Autoroute. The check in process was easy and smooth. Front desk and watchman were super welcoming and helpful. They upgraded us to an apartment that had a panoramic view of the ocean and city on the 5 floor. Also helped us get food at 12:30am. Room is modern, super clean, and has mini splits in each room. Nice modern bathroom with a good shower(important after long flights) Much better staying here after a long flight than dealing with the stress of Casablanca. It’s about 10 min extra of a drive but well worth it.”

“Depends on which type of rooms you book, with the kitchen is ****, sea view room is nice. But the recitation is ****, knock your door at 11am and pushing you move out before 12, if not they will ask for extra fees, kinda of one room sold for 2 nites, horrible reception and the system.”

“An excellent stay at the hotel, the rooms were equiped and very clean, the bed sheets were clean, with a cozy and warm vibe to it. The view from the suite to the balcony was very nice looking onto the pool area surrounded by greenery. Chaymae and Oumayma on the staff ensured an amazing service and were very hospitable and welcoming, and the process of extending the stay was very smooth thanks to them. The location was very convenient and safe in a good neighborhood we didn't have to worry about our car at all, and the distance to Casablanca and Rabat were very convenient for travel back and forth and not to mention the beach right by the area with an amazing view for a sunset.”
