From the moment you walk in, you can tell you’re in capable and caring hands. Dr. Mounir is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which really puts you at ease. Yes, there is a wait time, but that’s simply because so many patients trust him, and that speaks volumes about the quality of care he provides. The wait is completely understandable and worth it. The staff remains professional, organized, and courteous despite how busy the office is. The procedure went smoothly, the care was excellent, and the follow-up instructions were clear and reassuring.
