“I had the worst experience there ! I came at thr right time of the rendez vous and they kept me waiting( not only me as i discovered there were other women waiting ) for more than an hour and i haded to go cuz they were about to close .grossomodo it was chaotic”

“Beautiful salon, but the service??? Wellouuu, unfortunately not! I went there with my friend to simply have our hair blow-dried. My 5-year-old niece was with us as well, and we wanted the same service for her, but including a wash. My friend went first, and then it was my niece’s turn. While blow-drying her hair, my niece started experiencing more and more pain from the pulling and also from the heat of the hairdryer. We asked if she could put a towel around her because of the heat, but unfortunately, this was completely ignored. She continued blow-drying until my niece really couldn’t take it anymore, so we asked her to stop. At that point, the front and top sections of her hair hadn’t even been done yet. She was left with half curly and half blow-dried hair. We decided to just finish it ourselves at home because she was clearly no longer comfortable. Then I got up to have my own hair blow-dried, and I was suddenly told that she couldn’t do my hair because someone was coming in for a head spa. Keep in mind, we had literally been sitting there for almost 2 hours. I genuinely thought she was joking. There was only one other girl who had just walked in. When we got up to leave, she even started laughing, which I found extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. I ended up going to the salon next door, Prestigia, and they helped me within 5 minutes. For me, this was definitely the first and last time at this salon. A beautiful salon is nice, of course, but good service, customer care and actually listening to your customers are just as important. Especially when it involves a 5-year-old child who is telling you that something hurts. Unfortunately, we left with half-finished hair and a very disappointing experience. I definitely won’t be coming back.”
