“In general I am quite satisfied by the service of this agency, and both the boss and the employee were really kind. However we had a little issue at the end. My reservation was initially for 2 days and a half (10:30 to 19:30 2 days later), while the price was for 2 days only. The contract was indicating until 10:30 of the third day, so when I asked the employee during pickup, he confirmed that I could return the car at that time without any issue, even though i insisted that the reservation was for 2 and a half days only. At the night before the return, the owner called me saying there was an extra charge for the 3rd day because we didn't returned the car yet, but after speaking with the employee, they admitted there had been a mistake. He said the employee will have to pay it and it's on our decision if we want to help him pay. When I returned the car the employee told me that in fact it was a fault of the system (or that he was not informed of the situation) but that he would have to pay it himself anyways. On the other hand when we called the boss he was instinting it was the employee's fault... In the end, I paid half of the extra amount because I felt bad for the employee, but I believe this was the company’s responsibility and not his fault. I also think it is a very unfair policy to expect an employee to pay out of pocket for a mistake caused by an unclear company process, internal communication and system.”

“Ouadil was incredibly kind and helpful. Our flight landed in the middle of the night in a different city than planned, and I booked the rental at 2 a.m. with no notice. Not only did he bring us the car, but he also helped us find a hotel for the night—we were really stranded. We also needed to return the vehicle earlier than planned, and he was very accommodating with that as well. I absolutely recommend him!”
