“‎تصحيح للتوضيح ‎مورا ما تلاقينا مع واحد من الممثلين ديال الوكالة، اللي ما كانش هو السيد اللي ورّانا العقار، بغات تمشي من ورا ظهر البائع (المالك) وتعرض علينا ثمن ناقص وتقسم الربح من تحت الطاولة. ‎مورا ما لقينا ممثل موثوق من نفس الوكالة، حتى الزملاء ديالها حاولو يمشيو من ورا ظهرها وياخدو الفلوس على أي حال. ملي قلنا ليهم بلّي حنا غادي نخدمو غير مع الوكيل الموثوق، قلبوها علينا وقالو حنا السبب حيت ما بغيناش نخلصو الوكالة اللي عمرنا ما خدمنا معاها ولا تعاملنا معاها. Cobello كانت كتمثل البائع (العميل)، ماشي حنا (المشري). ملي حاولو يمشيو من ورا ظهر البائع (العميل ديالهم) وينقصو الثمن ويقسمو الربح مع الزبون (حنا، المشتري)، كانوا غير كيمثلو المصالح ديالهم الشخصية وكيحاولو يتهربو من الضرائب. ‎ما كاينش اللي كيخدم فابور، وما كاينش اللي غادي يعطي فلوسه بلا ما تكون شي خدمة حقيقية. When we told them we were only willing to work with the trustworthy agent, they blamed us for not wanting to pay the agency that we never hired or were doing business with. Cobello represented the seller (client), not us (the buyer). When trying to pass behind the back of the seller (their client) by lowering the asking price and splitting the difference with the customer (us, the buyer) they represent only their own interests and try to evade paying taxes. Nobody works for free, and nobody is willing to part with their money without any services being rendered. CORRECTION POUR CLARIFICATION: Après avoir rencontré l’un des représentants de l’agence, qui n’était pas le monsieur qui nous avait montré la propriété, elle a voulu contourner le vendeur (le propriétaire) et nous offrir un prix inférieur en partageant la différence sous la table. Après avoir trouvé un représentant de confiance de la même agence, ses collègues ont également essayé de passer dans son dos et de garder l’argent quand même. Quand nous leur avons dit que nous étions prêts à travailler uniquement avec l’agent de confiance, ils nous ont reproché de ne pas vouloir payer l’agence avec laquelle nous n’avions jamais traité ni fait affaire. Cobello représentait le vendeur (le client), pas nous (l’acheteur). En essayant de contourner le vendeur (leur client) en abaissant le prix demandé et en partageant la différence avec le client (nous, l’acheteur), ils ne représentaient que leurs propres intérêts et essayaient d’éviter de payer des impôts.
