“It was one of my great experiences … unfortunately it was just three month of learning due to personal and health conditions .. so i was unable to pass the final exam .. but really im being treated well .. my teacher is very friendly. Competent and calm ( Mme yamna) .. the center is clean .. i recommend this center to anyone that wants to learn English ❤️”
“A nice place for learning English, the place is clean and calm with lot of class rooms and all the class rooms are well equipped, the ALC students can benefit from different clubs and activities.”
“I've been learning English is this center for 8 years now and all these years have not come to waste. I've never had a problem with any teacher, they all are super friendly and fun, especially miss Victoria she's super sweet and kind. However the only thing that I don't like there is the receptionist, she's not mean but she is super awkward and tries to end the conversation quickly. But overall 10/10 although it's a bit pricy...”
“It's very welcoming and well pleasant learning place for kids and adults. I highly recommend it for your future admissions for your kids.”
“I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at the American Center of Rabat. As a new client, I expected professionalism and respect, but the secretariat was incredibly rude and dismissive. Her responses were very short, as if she was just waiting for me to leave. I felt unwelcome and disrespected. This is not the level of service I would expect from such an institution.”
“When I attended (pre pandemic), their intermediate programs were decent for kids, but not so much for adults trying to learn the language. This may not be the case anymore as I see they've updated their program into two categories; General and Business. Their teachers are native speakers, so that's a plus. The facility is large enough to hold several classes at once, unfortunately there's not enough space inside for students to hang out or relax. During breaks, you basically have two options: stand outside the school or stay in the classroom. The hallways get crowded quickly. On the weekends, students can participate in numerous clubs such as the drama club, theater club, writing club, etc. Looking back, I wish I had joined the writing or theater club instead of drama. In case you are wondering, drama is just a watch party where you watch a movie and discuss it. All in all, a fairly nice experience. 3.5 stars”
